There are web sites that deal with this issue. It's not something I would consider an advantage for myself but if you want to explore the issue, I would suggest that you do web searches on the subject.

Well, it has profound hormonal effects. Your testes produce testosterone which regulates your body's growth patterns. You may end up with lethargy, a high singing voice, irregular hair growth (all over), lessened muscle tone and mass, and other issues. It can even affect the way your brain works and how you react to situations.

I really can't find any advantages to castration, sorry. I say, keep 'em for your body's sake.
