Guys.heat rash..down there?

Question:
Hey guys my fiance has a problem.
He works in the heat everday and we live in the south so it is very hot, averages about 96 degrees per day, humid heat.

My problem is that he has developed a heat rash.no STDs because it happens every summer. The only problem is that this year it is really, really bad. He wears uniform pants, dark blue with thick material that I know makes him sweat "down there" but shorts aren't an option.

What should we use to help the rash and to clear it up? We're using diper rash cream and it seems to help, but what will help clear it up and get it gone? Guys does this ever happen to you?

Answers:
I am not a guy but I do know this does happen to them. I was a military wife and when they go into the jungle or lots of heat and humidity this happens. You are on the right track but the levels in it may not be strong enough. Try a fungal cream and powder like cornstarch or Goldbond powder. The powder absorbs the moisture. I know a lot of people use anti-perspirant on their feet, I have and it keeps them dry, but I don't know how it would do for that sensitive skin down there. If you prefer call the nurse at your doctor's office and explain this or call the pharmacist, they will tell you.

Other Answers:
it happens to every one after he gets off of work he should take a shower and pat him self dry dont rub then use babby powder and ware lose cloths so the air will get to the rash

Baby powder might help.

Maybe have him carry a spare underware and change it when he feels sweaty.

simple diaper rash ointment with zinc will cure it. Keep the area as dry as possible, some powder wouldn't hurt either. tell him to try changing his under wear daily, but before putting them on have a proper shower/bath, and if his fat (sooorrrY) tell him to loose weight as this can cause friction down there
