Go to any pharmacy and ask for KY jelly. Most of the pharmcacists are worthy Egyptians; but quite a few are also gentlemanly south-east Asians. They understand life; they are professionals, and so will guarantee your anonymity and not ask you embarrassing or stupid questions.

Not sure of the cost, though -- can't remember now, but it's almost for nothing; maybe about SR15. Certainly cheaper than in the USA.

But, if the worse comes to the worst (and you live in a hole-in-the-wall like Thathlith), go down to your local "bagala" and buy a bottle of 100% Parachute coconut oil that the Saudis use as hair-oil. (Be careful -- buy the 100% oil only -- many of the Parachute brands have additives in them which are not harmful, but not natural).

Cocounut oil is natural, clean, water-soluble and makes things slide like a dream! Won't cost you more than SR5.
