My son has bowel movement problems where he can't even control it. It just keeps on coming out! Help!?

Question: I don't think it's diarrhea. It just keeps on coming out. He goes to the bathroom and cleans himself and by the time he is done cleaning himself, it is already coming out again and soiled his pants. Has anyone had this problem or with their child...please help...what can I do?
What can I do to help him besides talking to his doctor because I have already done that. Are there any medications or foods he can take for it? Or ANYTHING else please! Thank You!

take him to a different doctor its possible for a child to crap themselves to death... i dont know how... take him to a hospital right now. ive personally had to deal with this.
