Eat more calories in your food than you consume. Also get plenty of sleep.

2. Drink a glass of fruit juice with every meal (adds calories without bloating you).
3. Eat lots of pasta.
4. Eat lots of peanut butter or peanuts (if you are not allergic).
If it hasn't worked for years as an adult, forget it. Most of us want to be slim. Get clothes that flatter your body, and know you have a gift of being able to eat anything you want.
