Has this ever happened to you while urinating?
The other day I was urinating with a bit of force and at the very end semen came out, I mean a good amount. I don't guess it a STD because I was recently checked twice in the last two months. I asked my doctor once and he said it's normal. Has this ever happen to you?

Here's a long answer to your straight-forward question.
Urine contains a lot of chemicals, including uric acid, ammonia, and salts - all of which are toxic to sperm.
Before you ejaculate, your body assumes you're trying to make a baby, and so protects the sperm as much as possible. The first step is to leak a small amount of seminal fluid through the urethra to provide a thin coating and prevent the corrosive chemicals mentioned above from mixing with the bulk of the seminal fluid. This is completely normal, but a side effect is some seminal fluid will flow back into the bladder, becoming evident when you urinate with some force.
It's also possible you were pushing your urine hard enough to put a small amount of pressure on the prostate gland, resulting in a small release of fluid. Also completely normal.
Aside from the surprise of seeing it for the first time, it's nothing to worry about. It's something most men have experienced from time to time.

It's a new one on me - I wondered about what may happen after a retro-ejaculation but this would either be mixed in the the urine or possibly come out first I would think - NOT last.
Could possibly be a prostratic secretion if you were straining hard - a little like "pre-***". If this, it may also happen if you are straining whilst havnig a crap - it can still put pressure on the prostate.
If you do it again, it might be worth gathering a little and taking it to the doc for analysis. Unless you felt you had orgasmed then I am wondering if it is some sort of other (STI?) discharge - even though you tested recently.

Sometimes but rare. Anyway this is due to few reasons. One can be over masturbated (or ejaculations) where the muscles cannot control the semen - Semen Leakage. Another could be you are horny earlier but did not ejaculate the semen causing it to be "at its peak" therefore some escaped. Try cumming if you find this problem again. It might help. Good Day !
