what to do for leg musle cramps?

Question:

Answers:
Use a heating pad. Keep your legs warm. It will help the cramp. You get muscle cramps when you are having your period, don't you? That is when I get the cramp.

Other Answers:
you may be dehydrated, or lack potassium. try a gatorade or a banana it should help.
If you are getting mussel cramps in your calfs after you work out it could be that your potassium level is low. You can take a half a teaspoon of salt with potassium or eat a bananna, Or Gatoraid would help if that doesn't work try Icy hot and if that still doesn't work try Ibuprofin. If that doesn't work seek professional help you may have a torn hamstring.
You squeeze the muscle and rub it in the direction away from your heart repeatedly. This gets the circulation going better, at least this is what I was taught in college swim instruction. Oh, and eat fruit cocktail, seriously.
