I hav a sharp pain in my upper ticep region where in meets cuff. Both arms hurt at same time. What is it?

Sounds like over use or some sort of strain being put on by either work or working out. Your tricep has three heads that can be worked out in isolation techniques. Try to reverse your grip on your tricep workouts or if you dont workout, try to avoid pushing anything for awhile especially anything above your head.. this requires tremendous pressure and usage on your triceps..Good luck!
