Is it still beneficial for an adult man to be circumcised?

Question:
What is the "usual" recovery time after an adult man has been circumcised?

Answers:
There is no reason for an adult male to be circumsized, unless the foreskin is not pulling back properly and is too tight. However, that can be easily remedied by a minor surgical procedure to loosen it up.

Circumcision has been done in the US since the 1940's as a "routine" surgical procedure , supposedly for hygiene (cleanliness). However, if you shower daily or wash daily and pull back the foreskin and keep it clean , there is not any problem for cleanliness. The American Academy of Pediatrics leaves the decision up to the parents and does NOT endorse the procedure since 1991. The US is the only place where most baby boys are circumcised; Canadian and UK national health care plans stopped paying for it years ago. It is better for sexual intercourse to have a foreskin, it makes the head of the penis more sensitive. Think of your eye under the eyelid. BE PROUD OF HOW GOD CREATED A MAN!
no benefit taht I know of. I would never consider it.
To date there is no proven medical benefit.
yes its beneficial, just a little more painful the recovery shouldnt take longer than a few weeks.
NO! If you are an adult male. DO NOT GET CIRCUMCISED! Go to www.talksexwithsue.com and read the forum. Its really bad for you. It may decrease your..uuhh.sensations. Please dont.
what is the buzz with this?? if you are born with it why should you remove it without a medical need?
It's only beneficial if you are having a severe problem with your foreskin for whatever reason. As it has been stated, there is no medical benefit to getting circumcised if your penis is healthy. Also.it's going to feel different. You will have a significantly decreased amount of nerve endings so it will never be as pleasurable as it used to be. And.it's hard to have your foreskin restored. Um.recovery time I think is a couple of weeks tops.
have u asked your doctor.. i believe it is going to hurt
Here is when you should seek out your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not. Unless it were medically necessary, I can think of no reason why an adult male would undergo a circumcision.

Chow!
Believe it or not circumcision will actually help your growth and your sexual sensations. Its easier to jack off too.
Japo and Blessed speak with forked tongue. Only have it done for medical reasons. It makes no difference sexually at all.
yeah it is beneficial because if you have a foreskin it can get to tight for you to have sex, jack off, and if you are not cut then you can get more inffections.if you do get cut then you do not have to worry about getting infections and have you penis hurt when you try to pull your foreskin back because you do not have to .it will probally take a few weeks to heal.
yes it is benifical and the recovary time is sleep in a.c with that area open so that it will dry penis and u will recover soon
it'll hurt like hell for a couple of weeks if you do get it done but there isnt really any medical reasoning to get it done unless its too tight to pull back and clean underneath it. so long as you can pull it back to clean underneath theres no reason for removal.unless youre converting to the jewish faith then its kinda a given that youll need it done isnt it? as for the sex side youll still have all the nerve endings in the head of youre penis but the constant rubbing against clothes will de-sensatise those nerves so sex wont be as pleasurable if you get what i mean.
Just leave it as it is - if not adviced by doc.
If you do manage to have it, then recovery is 2-4 weeks.
Do you like roll neck or round collar shirts, its the same answer, none are totally benificial its whats suited to your needs and likes
