Pain is our bodies way of letting us know that something's not quite right. Ignoring pain may eventually cause you your life if it is something that should be attended to now; waiting may be fatal.

You need to see a doctor cause you may be pregnant..Not!!

Maybe you hit it with something hard.Maybe you have a hormonal dysfunction.I think that distortion is called gynecomasty or something similar.
