What is causing pain on my right lower abdomen and on penis head?

Question:
pain on pents head has started 6 weeks back but pain in lower abdomen has been there for over an year now.ultra sound of abdomen did not reveal any abnormality

Answers:
You need to take complete rest.

You have already seen a doctor. You do need to see two different doctors, to rule out things.

See an urologist.

See a sports doctor it may be a muscle pain in the stomach area.

You had an ultra sound, but another opinion is in order from a good general practitioner(see this one first).

But start with rest for a week or so.

There are over the counter creams for pain apply them only to stomach area.

Possible check list.

Bladder.
Did you lift any thing heavy.
Hernia, there are different kind. Did you have cough that started the pain if so have a check done for Hyatal hernia, a simple touch test by a doctor who knows how to check it, you should be sitting on a stool with your heels on the stool doctor will touch your stomach in different location, if your doctor has not done this then he is not aware of it, ask him a call will do. If he says he does not do it(does not believe in it, then he is not the doctor you want to see for this, if he says next time remind me, he is KO he just did not think about it. He was relying heavily on ultra sound.
Look for a chiropractor who knows his stuff. More than likely you had a back injury that is creating the pain sensations you are feeling. The pain may actually come from your back, even if you "feel" it elsewhere!
Hi there !
1. beginning of inguinal hernia ?
2. tension, torsion of testis ?
3. appendicitis ?
4. joint pain- hip - radiating ?

since its one month or so.dont bother about or depend on "ultrasound report" !
Show it to a GOOD general surgeon please !
sometimes "good clinical observation" is better than "any radiological report"..you agree ?
all the best !
As nature of your illness is not clear from your question, I strongly suggest you to kindly consider consulting some qualified physician with your old USG report. Best of luck !
