Just kidding. The best way would to be to eat 3 healthy meals a day. Regular excercise, and plenty of water. Eating 3 meals a day actually increases your metabolism rather than eating 1 or 2 large meals at a time.
Cut portion size and exercise every day. The "Mircacle" cures and tablets you often see advertised are not an option, if they work its a very temporary "solution" at the best. At the worst they could actually damage your health!

hey i am 5.5ft and i weigh almost 90 kgs which is called as overweight or obese.and i ve been thinking of loosing weight for the last one and half decade.but never attempted to do anything about it.u know what...it is all in the mind..and it has to be put into practice..then things will work out.there is no simple way to loose weight..atleast i realise that it is easy to gain weight and damn hard to loose it..try jogging for 20 km per day .in one month u shall see tremendous change!believe me.I did that in my dreams.i wish i could do it in reality!
Since this is men's health, how about we have a man answer. Try lifting weights. I know you will go to your doctor and he will tell you that will only bulk you up which will not lower your BMI.The BMI is the most retarded way of measuring obesity anyone could ever come up with. At 6'0" to have a normal BMI you have to weigh 180 lbs. With 10% body fat I would still have to cut off my leg to weigh that little.So back to weight lifting. If you don't want to bulk up, don't bench 500 lbs. Keep the weights low, but make yourself strain a bit. You will be performing anaerobic excercise. Cardiovascular excercise is aerobic, which means it really works your heart and lungs. Anaerobic doesn't work them very hard but it is killer on your arms, legs, and back.
While performing cardio you will burn more calories during the excercise than lifting, but after you stop, you relax and stop burning calories. When you perform anaerobic excercise, you burn fewer calories during the workout, but when you are done you continue to burn them. Then when you finish your day and go to sleep, you are still burning them. When you wake up in the morning you will be starving and still burning calories from your workout. This will boost your metabolism immediately. Cardio usually takes about a week and a half to affect your metabolic rate at all.
In college I dropped 40 lbs in about 2 weeks. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I worked upper body. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I worked lower body. Sunday I would spar with a buddy of mine in the garage. To complete the miraculous weightloss I drank about 2 gallons of water a day and didn't change my eating habits other than cutting out soda.
Eat right and exercise. To me THAT is easy. Don't let all these other people tell you it's NOT easy. Strong WILL POWER helps. Commit yourself. Look up some great free fitness advice online. I put a page link below to one of MANY that are out there!
As far as working out, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn just sitting still! There is no "wonder work out". Your body will get used to ANY exercise and you will plateau. Mix it up. Follow the guys advice above me for 3-4 months then switch to a different routine, then switch again in another 3-4 months. KEEP YOUR MUSCLES GUESSING!
