Facial hair?

Question: im 18 and my gotee is thicker then anyy other hair on my face, i would like to grow a full thick beard but everything but my gotee shows up lighter then my gotee does, is there anyway i could make the rest of my hair as thick as my gotee, thanks alot

shave everything else for a couple of times, leave the goatee alone, then the other hairs will even out
