Help! i have twitching above my eye.?

Question: I want to know what is causing twitching above my eye. above my eyebrow. All this week ive been sick with the allergys and my eye was also twitching alot. but the eye stopped now its the part above my eye thats twitching. Could it be caused by the allergies i have and for staring at the computer all day at work???sleeplessness?

PS i wear contacts
Any remedies??

I have experienced that when I am over tired, so get some sleep, it could also be the allergies
