plzz help me out people!.its really urgent?

ok people here is the deal.i have only 48 days to get in shape.please suggest me some exercises which would help me reduce wait, to grow a little bit taller and to strengthen my forearms and shoulder..

ok here me out, 48 ?! no, in 48 days you cannot grow a bit taller, you can try, by playing basket ball jumping high and holding on to the rim a while, b4 letting go, but then again, that may only stretch your arms out. hehe, no, not likely. To grow taller, i only suggest higher shoes. Other than that, you would need to go on a very strict diet, of healthy stuff, NO JUNK FOOD, no rice unless its brown, and no bread unless it's wheat. Anything you feel like eating that you know has grease like French Fries, eat carrots and celery instead. Did you know that Celery actually burns calories while you eat it! To strengthen forearms and shoulder, I would suggest doing push ups, pulls ups, and weight lifting, i know you dont want to do that, but use the little weights on one arm and then switch or do them together, but dont do too much or too little where there is no effect, maybe 5 minutes on each arm, start out with 2 minutes then go up 2 every 3 days, til you get used to it, along with the push ups and pull ups. You must also do Cardio to work out your entire body, such as running, or the elliptical, bicycling, I would start with an hour a day work out, then after a week go to an hour and a half. Make sure you Stretch b4 and after these excersises. you can do 15 minutes of stretching b4 and after, as your excersises increase add an extra 5 minutes of stretching b4 and after. Hope this helps. P.S. If you are sore the next day, the best thing is NOT to quit, to work out again, it will help you not be as sore. :)

anyway you can go on an extremely healthy ating diet and do weight lifting and swimming and running.

You won't be growing taller whatever you do, just stand up straight.
To reduce your weight, decrease the amount of calories you normally consume by about half. You can live on about 1,500 calories a day.

You cannot adjust how you grow without having a medical procedure to either lengthen the bones in your leg, or get an injection of excess growth hormone.

To strengthen your body, simply excrecise them. For your forearms, put some weight into a bag, and just lift with your hands, keeping your arms isolated (unmoving). For your shoulders, do pull ups mainly.
If you want these muscle groups to bulk up, you will need to work them past the point of exhaustion until it hurts and you can't move the muscle groups any more. Then you will need to rest for a day or two (and perhaps work out other muscle groups), if you don't, you may cause permanent damage to your body.
Go to the gym and do circuits every opportunity you get!
Can't think of anything to make you grow taller tho'. how about you invest in a stretching rack? ;)
If you don't like lifting weights, I suggest doing situps, pushups, and pullups. Although you won't grow taller, you will lose weight and tone up your body.

do push-ups and pull-ups everyday, do crunches and jump-n-jacks, aswell as dieting!! for taller wear big shoes if ur a girl and if not put toilet paper in shoes for lift!!

Bicycle riding is good. You should do something that you will stick with. If you love basketball for example, play that everyday for a couple of hours. If you love swimming, do that. Running is great if you love it. If you love playing video games, you are in trouble.
Insane, but if you want to attempt weight room seven days a week, run around 20 miles a day, and eat lots of protein! or you can WAKE UP kid, that's F____in crazy. Why only 48 days?
Join a gym so you can be safe and healthy. You'll be amazed at what they can help you do in 48 days.
you can run to strengthen your long muscles push ups for your arms leg lefts for your hips but i dont no of any excrecise to make you grow

I am 43 just lost 35 lbs run run run 2 meals a day lots of water curls and push ups you may also lose up to 8 pounds by dehydrating in a hot tub of water for bout half an hour.
