The most common symptom of breast cancer in men is finding a firm, non-painful mass located just below the nipple. Breasts to start with,but seriously anything that feels out of the ordinary, lumps however small,it may just be swollen glands but you can never be to careful,i check my testicles everyday sometimes 5 to 6 times an hour

I would imagine hard unexplainable lumps. Women do a monthly breast self exam (or should) to check for lumps. Any abnomality should be verified with a doctor. Lumps are not always painful. The monthly check should also check out swelling around the lymph nodes near your armpit.

Check if you have a mass under your nipple, or if there is dischrage coming from the nipple. If your still going through puberty, its normal to find a large lumb in your nipple, painful or not.
