There are so many different kinds of massages: Therapeutic Massage not that great. Deep Tissue is great, it has to be done by a man, Tantra massage good massage but very sexual and you will get a woody, Swedish massage is slow and should be done for an hour and half, Shiatsu I know nothing about this, Thai Yoga is a lot of stretching waste of money, Reflexology stretching and massage.
A good massage should last for at least an hour and half and should cost about $80. to $150. I like to go to a male because there stronger, the women can be weak. I would get you a name, but I don't know your city and state.

deep tissue massage is always the best, depending on how high clkass of place u go, you can pay up to 200 bucks for it but it depend on where you go and how good they are.
