Has anyone ever had problems breaking out in a skin rash or redness?

Question: after getting out of the shower.There is a lot of chlorine in the city water,but I am on blood pressure medication too.Between the two is this possible?

I can't tell from your details here, but I know I had a skin infection once that caused some stuff on my upper arms. I went to the doctor and then got referred to a dermatologist.

Blood pressure meds should not cause a rash, either chlorinated water. Usually it was something you ate that you're allergic to or could be the soap you are using
