What are some easy ways to help me lose weight?

Question:
I was around 200 pounds in June, but now I have gone down to 175. I am 6'0 and 15 years old. I have been eating salads constantly and really want people to notice me, and think I have a good bod. I have been trying to work out but I have had some family issues. Any hints on losing more weight and getting a nice physique?

Answers:
There are a few easy ways to help you lose weight gradually
and what you've have done is good for the improvement, but
you can do better.
1. On the type of food: green vegetables, fruits, white chicken
meat (breast), steamed fish, bread and rice.
2. On the eating habits: eat twice a day, breakfast and dinner
only (no lunch). Make sure the portions are small all the time
and drink lots of water in-between meals.
3. On the type of daily exercise: swimming, running, skipping the
rope, high jump, long jump or even playing football. Do any
one or two exercises for 2-3 hours every day.
Since you're 15 years old, your body is still growing and not yet
fully developed. So light exercises is good enough - but don't
carry heavy weights in the gym. It may harm your body too soon.
If you follow this well, you're sure to lose weight and develop a
good and better physique which many people will admire.
Good luck with dieting and exercising!
I had a lot of luck with Weight Watchers. It was nice because I was always full and I still got to enjoy the foods I loved. They are all over the world. Good luck.
Well, to loose weight I would not really focus on lifting weights, but more one excersize to increace your energy output. To get a nice physique, I would go after a few lifting sessions a week. But, I would focus more on the physical excersize than anything else.
This works for sure:
