I am 26 years old with height of 5'9'' but i only...............?


Question:
weight 145lbs. its been sevral years since i have not gained or decreased any weight. physically i dont look like i am underweight but i do feel that being between 140 to 145lb is pretty skini. I eat alot of meat. vegetables, cereals etc but still no increasement in weight. is this only me or there are few that weight same as me? and what other technics can i do to gain weight? be generous dont leave bad comments! thanks.

You have a BMI of around 21, which is within the normal range. Basically you are a healthy weight for your height, and don't need to gain any weight.

Just eat healthily and get regular exercise, including lifting weights and getting nice and toned.

You sound absolutely fine to me; you should be congratulated!
everyone's bodies are different. Don't even worry. You seem pretty healthy to me. Your just fine the way you are.
