since this is a country outside of the US, philippines, south korea and some parts of african countries, it is likely that cutting off foreskins is severely frowned upon.
this is good, because medical research validates those frowns.
it is also a f.ucking painful thing to have your foreskin cut off without anaesthesia.
i know i would make that doctor pay dearly for such mutilation
