why have I lost a lot of sensitivity on my penis?

As you get older ther skin of the penis gets thicker (especially if you are circumcised or as with most men, masturbate alot lol) so you need to apply a greater amount of pressure when playing with it. Try extra lube to highten sensation - baby oil GEL is excellent!

Do you suffer with stress? stress can not only cause physical pain but can also attribute to the loss of feeling.

How often do you use it? it is neccessary for blood to circulate to all parts of the body, if it has not been used much or at all this could cause loss of feeling.

Try the deer exercise (google it). This helps for the ejaculation. Also, when masturbating, right before you squirt, stop jerking and sqeeze so you don't shoot out, then once your need to release semen goes away, start again and stop before you squirt and keep doing the same thing.
