you need to eat snacks in between meals. an not go otosleep hungry. that will help to even out your raging metabolism
Glad to hear that you aren't pregnant. I have the same problem, I want to munch all night too. You need to develp a coffe addiction, that keeps me full so I don't want to snack all the time. Go with decaf at night, no sugar or cream. Good Luck!!!
If you can, try to eat at least 4 meals. I know it can be difficult to find time during the day to eat, but that's what you should do. If you can't then just eat larger meals.
It could stem from being overly exhausted, and not even knowing it. Our bodies want carbs when we are tired.
A way to control it, I have the same problem. Drink a glass of Milk, even if you don't like it, wait a good 20-30 b4 brushing your teeth afterward. The after taste of the milk will usually kill the craving. If not that, literally, attempt to ignore it. Tell your "cravings" who the boss really is !
Night time munching can also be a POSSIBLE sign of diabetes. You can get checked with a simple blood test during a routine doctor's visit. If you call ahead and go to the lab before you get in for your appointment, the doctor can usually tell you the results on the same day. They will tell you if they want you to be fasting for this test, you should be, I think.
Good luck & Smiles, Fairy
This is completely normal. Try to occupy your time in some other way when you feel the munchies coming on. Make sure you have something to do with your hands, that way you won't want to eat. Push your cravings from your mind. Night munching is usually a force of habit. It takes time to make the habit, and time to break it. But it is possible. So just try.
You are probably nt eating what your body need and that is why your body keeps sending signals of you feeling hungry.

You might want to try taking some natural multivits like Vplus. As long as you stop for a few days.. your diet will go back to normal and you will stop feeling hungry at8pm onwards.

Try it.. it works!
