i would hit a guy in the balls if i felt threatened and needed to defend myself. you don't want to aim for his face because if he is bigger and stronger he might block or grab your arm and then you are at his mercy. but in general this is not acceptable. it is abuse and you need to avoid those girls. if she is hitting you in the balls then obviously she is trying to do serious harm. i would probably file a police report and press charges for assault and battery.

Most men are raised by women so why would they grow up and be such a bastard toward woman could it be that maybe just maybe you are not doing your job as a mother. And maybe you could be treating your son like a ex-boyfriend.
