The cause of dry ejaculation is basically either 1) the semen is entering the bladder and therefore being lost in urine (caused possibly by certain medication, diabetes or surgery or 2) it isnt actually being produced in the first place (due to some surgical procedures or damage down there) - either way, medical attention can normally find the root cause and possible rectify the problem, depending what it is. Hope this helps. (This is of course assuming that you are always dry - ie. its not simply a case of you over using resourses and running out so to speak)

The main cause of anything dry as far as the human anatomy goes is always linked to dehidration of som level try to drink much more water than you do,not pop, coffee, or beer (WATER!)
