Question: i've asked about my armpits earlier, how one stunk like death warmed over on a hot and sultry day and the other one just smelling of man sweat...well, now i'm concerned... could my penis get infected if i scratch my armpits and then scratch my balls and penis?

Wash daily with an antibacterial soap, especially your armpits. Use an antiperspirant and deoderant and perhaps you can sprink some corn starch under your armpit to absorb the moisture and minimize the odor.
