If you are nude in front of people more often you will get used to seeing other naked people and it will not be sexual. I go to a nudist beach and after the first time is was like they all have different swim suits on even though we were all nude. At a physical exam you are probably the only one nude so you just have to remember that the doctor is a professional and has seen numerous people nude and you should not feel uncomfortable; therefore you should not get an erection
