Testicular or Hernia or Groin or etc?

Question:

I am concern about one Testcuilar so I went to the doctor and check for that but they said it is normal. Is it normal to enlarge testicular? I am still concern about this. I would appreciate if anyone can help and talk with me.

Have you ever had a hernia or near hernia? I was told I came very close to getting a hernia after lifting a heavy object away from my body many years ago. Ever since that time I get tenderness in my testicle on that side whnever I overexert myself. I can never quite determine if the pain is coming directly from the testicle or somewhere along the tubes that travel from that point up to the stomach wall where a hernia occurs. I went to see a doctor many years ago who gave me antibiotics thinking I might have a low level infection somewhere and it seemed to make an improvement at the time. But I still get the tenderness from time to time now. I don't belioeve I have an enlargement though. I would check yourself for "lumps" in the scrotal sac in addition to the testicle (compare each side). Any additioal lump is definitely a problem.
