Answers:
removeing a testicle is called castration. 'Getting fixed' is sterilization which is known as a vasectomy. It is possible for a male to get one testicle removed due to something like cancer and still have the other teste operationanal. Therefore if you get fixed you are still supposed to have both your jewels.

maybe he meant a vasectomy
If I remember right, I think they remove/block the vas deferens, which is the tube where semen comes through. I don't think they just cut off one of their balls.
No. All that happens is the tubes are cut from the testicles to the seminal vesicle. It is reversable too.

I know. I'm "fixed" and loving it.

It's actually MUCH better too.

That is also not to say nothing comes out either, it does.

The natural lubricant that always accompanies semen.
No he keeps his balls, his tubes get cut
He can still keep his balls if he likes. All they do is cut the tubes that the semen comes through.
All they do is tie the eppiditimus so the sperm doesn't combine with the semen.
the vas deferens is snipped and/or cauterized. no ball removal involved.
NO one's nuts are removed..the tubes are cut so sperm cannot reach the prostate and be shot out. Simple as that.called vasectomy.
