How i get rid off my big cheeks?

If you're referring to the cheeks on your face, have you seen a doctor? There is a condition called parotitis which is an inflammation of the major salivary glands (parotid glands) in your cheeks. It makes you to look like a chipmunk. There are many conditions that can cause your parotid glands to become inflamed. The ducts in the glands can get blocked causing them to swell. So...I suggest you go to go to an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor (Otolaryngologist) to be evaluated.

When these glands get infected, they can also swell...a common "childhood" infection that is seen in these glands is called Mumps...but adults can get Mumps too.

I have chronic parotitis due to an autoimmune disease that I have. So, I not only speak from professional experience, I know what this is like first-hand.
