Try the deer exercise (google it). This helps for the ejaculation. Also, when masturbating, right before you squirt, stop jerking and sqeeze so you don't shoot out, then once your need to release semen goes away, start again and stop before you squirt and keep doing the same thing. It hurts to stop before you squirt and it will take alot of control to stop when you want to squirt, but keep at it. This helps to train your system to last longer, so the ejaculation period increases. There is a technique called jelqing for your penis to increase in length and girth, but I wouldn't do it if I were you coz it breaks your penis wall cells so they can heal as longer cells and your penis will increase. But this can cause your penis to become crooked or maybe even smaller! Also keep in mind that it doesn't matter how big your penis is on a flop, but it's the erecction that counts and also how you perform. To have a harder erection, also tense your anuss for a continuous period, as though you are drawing water up it, and this helps to increase strength. The more you practice, the longer you'll be able to hold it. Do it daily, when you're eating, watching TV etc. Good luck!

There are several techniques. One that I know is fairly simple. If you've noticed, your balls start to get close to your body when you are near to orgasm. I'm not sure why the testicles do this, I just know they do.

When you find you're close, you stop stroking or having intercourse. Just stop, hold that pose for a moment. Take a free hand and gentle, very gently pull the testicles back down. It shouldn't take a lot of pressure at all, just do it gently.

Wait for the feeling of ejaculation to cease, then start back up again.

Another way if I recall is to apply a light pressure to the area where the head of the penis meets the shaft. Just a light squeeze. I'm not sure what that does, but have heard about it. Again, you stop in mid stroke and await the feeling to pass before going again.

I believe it's a technique I've heard for Dr. Ruth., the well known sex therapist.
