Continue lifting weights?


Question:
The weights i've been lifting for the past couple of days, no longer are 'very' heavy. As I guess my muscle(s) have gotten stronger and therefore, lifting them is easier on them.

Should I keep using the same weights i've been using, or what? Suggestions appreciated.

Either slow down your motion, like, do a four count on while lifting instead of a 2. Or get heavier weights. They are doing nothing for you right now the way you are using them.

Repetition is key not weight.

i would say take it slow. before achieving volume you have to get cut.
