Lots of protein. Lots of meat, cheese, eggs. NO SUGAR! Drink many glasses of water a day. NO PEPSI or COKE! Be a good Kuwait guy.
If of all, ensure in the morning you have a good breakfast. If you decided to have something cooked, then grill it as it will cook in its own juices. If you must snack in between then try eating fruit. In the UK they recommend 5 portions of fruit and veg everyday. You could easily achieve this by eating two pieces of fruit at breakfast time. A piece of fruit at lunch, then have at least two vegetables(not potatoes) at dinnertime.

Dinnertime for example you could have grilled fish or chicken with two or three vegetables. Vegetables could be steamed (that way you keep the goodness in them). No junk food and drink plenty of water. If possible walk to work instead of driving.

You'll feel the difference in 2 weeks and feel much healthy.
If you are in Kuwait so no need for diet, the only thing to go out and stand out side in the sun, but from 11:00-13:30 specially in this weather(80 c) you will melt until you reach your chosen wight. I'm not responsible if you disappear and change to vapor.
