This topic is clearly discussed in Wikipedia. click the link below.
I would try masturbating before going to bed. This may empty you enough to make it through the night without any problems.
I think you referred to the "wet dream" and being very young your testosterone level achieves very high level in the night mainly.
I can suppose you haven't a regular sexual life as like as you even aren't satisfying your sexual yearning costantly.
Thus, just try to masturbate more, especially before going to bed or in the dawn when you feel more horny!
I don't think you feel exhausted for the ejaculation as substance itself, but it only can be a psychological stress.
Sounds like you are really just emitting pre-ejaculate, which is the most common emission during "wet dreams". Few guys actually fully ejaculate in a wet dream, they just get wet from the pre-ejaculate. This can be produced readily and even without an erection. Wear briefs when sleeping, and tuck a washcloth or toilet paper in your briefs before you go to bed if the stains are becoming a problem.
Really quite common, just accept it as a normal process of growing up. It should subside as you get into your 20's. If you just accept it as normal, that should help alleviate the stress you are feeling about the leakage.
