No it won't hurt OK lmao ask your mama to help you there sure she be very obliging lmao
Circumcision isn’t the right solution.
Evidently, your skin is too tight and that just is a common inconvenience called Phimosis and is easily solvable thro a short surgery that practically consists in a bit slash around the skin (and not a complete circumcision!).
How old are you?
Please talk with your RGP or relatives and don’t worry.
Aside from the impossibility to have sex, it’s better to intervene soon to avoid infection and the bad head’s penis development.
OK?
See a doctor and they can talk to you about all your options.
Go get circumcised. Keeping the foreskin is totally unsanitary. It collects stinky crud inside which could cause infection. Beside you're not doing your partner any favors during intercourse.
Don't listen to anyone who tells you to get circumcised if it's not what you also want. If you like it that way keep it that way. But I think eventually you'll want to be able to retract it so you can get the full feeling and clean better under there.

If you just stretch the opening of your foreskin as far as it'll go without pain for a few minutes a day, you should have no problems retracting it fully hopefully in a few weeks. When you do, you'll probably like it more than you already do.
sounds like a case of Phimosis when your foreskin is too small and causes pain see a doctor only he can say for sure but the only thing I am sure of there should be no pain when retracting the foreskin Good Luck.
