My boyfriend is so addicted to pain killers?

My boyfriend is so addicted to pain killers, he's been to rehab once and has went through withdraw a couple times. We have a one year old daughter so I don't just want to walk away. He lies about everything. I'm affraid that if I just leave then it will hurt her tramatically. I need to know how to confront him so that he knows he's done enough damage to everyone who cares about him. We've all tried his parents have paid for lawyers to help get him out of trouble and he still turns back to the pills. If anyone has anything that might help I would be very greatful. Thanks

After sex, why do men have pee?

Answers:
The fact is, you are doing more damage to your daughter keeping her in a situation that appears for the time being to be hopeless. Your boyfriend is NOT going to change until he decides to. You are afraid that if you leave it will hurt you traumatically. It will. It already has and continues to be while you stay. But you know, you are a strong woman and a beautiful mom. Leaving does not mean you cannot still have a relationship with this man. It means you will no longer put up with his drug abuse that is affecting all of you. Create a life for yourself and your little girl. If he decides he wants to be in it, maybe he will take a good look at himself and decide he wants to change. In the meantime, you can start living a life you and your daughter deserve. There are nice men out there. Or, you may decide you do not want any other man and you can still visit the man you love who is a drug abuser. I know I sound harsh but isn't that why you posted a question here? For reality? Fast forward a few years and your daughter is starting preschool and there is never money or food or a way to get her there because the drug abusing liar used it all. Does it still look so traumatic for your daughter to be in a separate living condition now? God Bless and Good Luck.

Addition: I wanted to add, that I am not saying your boyfriend is not a nice and loving person. I am sure he is. I am saying that you have a responsibility to yourself and your daughter to have a life and joy that comes with it. You can still love your boyfriend and create a stable life for yourself and your daughter. Parenting is usually done by two but when one falters, the other must make responsible decisions. I would suggest counseling for yourself. So you are not feeling guilty. You are leaving a bad situation, not giving up your love.

how come every time you jump in the pool?

He won't quit until he wants to. Why don't you want to walk away? It IS an option, and millions of women do it each year, for their sake, and the sake of their children.

the helmet of my penis has recently swelled to an enormus size an its turned a dark shade of purple and smells

Hello, Sorry about your situation! Addiction is really a condition that only the person can stop! Some people say they must hit rock bottom in order to see the seriousness of it!

No one can do it but him! Do what you must for the sake of you and your child -

Being close to the situation: they will beg, borrow, steal, lie, promise, even make you feel sorry for them that you give in...

But all in all - It may be so very difficult, but you may have to just walk away!
