I'm 5' 11'' tall and I'm 24 yo. Can I grow any taller ?If so, how ?

Question:

Answers:
Sorry but the answer is no. People stop getting taller by the time they reach their 20s. I suggest that you start taking in more calcium so that you could prevent yourself from getting any bone defects that might affect your height in the future, when you get older (say osteoporosis, that's pretty bad)
You know what, 5'11" isn't that bad. If you're a girl, you could always opt for heels to amke you look taller. If you're a guy, a lot of clothes give the illusion of height.
Have a nice day!

Nope.. but you will start getting shorter soon as your bones compact.

and .... NO !
Stick a fork in you, you're done growing...most people mature at about 18, but due to pitutary glandular disorders, some people continue to grow. If you have continued to gain height since you were 18, you should consult an endocrinologist. If you wish to gain height, no medication is successful, nor are the exercises...save your money.
You can not grow tall in this age.if you want to try you hang on the bar.
