There's no treatment out there but i guess you can always use Rogain or something. But it will come down to genes. My facial hair used to grow really slow. But I started shaving every other day and I have been noticing that it's been growing much quicker. So Try shaving even if you have a little hair because the more you shave the thicker and darker it will grow.
