I'm not answering your question, but please be careful of supplements. Ideally, why not focus on changing your diet to include high proteins? You don't need all those chemicals in muscle building supplements, many of which can damage your liver or your kidneys after prolonged use. You should also be aware that many supplements make you THINK that you're getting bigger because they make your body retain water. You're not actually building muscle, just holding water.
