YES! go to a doctor...you can get pains like that for many different reasons!! sometimes it means cancer even!! so go ASAP before they have to cut them off......that will so ruin your love life,,,

absolutly. You need to see a doctor ASAP. I would reccomend an ER visit, you could have whats known as Testicular Torsion. Its where the testicle gets twisted inside the scrotum, and you will need emergency surgery to fix it. Please see a doc right away.

I'm no man, but there might be a problem, so you proabably need to go to the doctor, let them look at it. Hopefully it's just normal, i dont know, growing pains..smile perhaps you strained it, i heard you can do that, but it's good to go to the doctor, it might be an STD, that can cause that, so I read...but a doctor can clear up any doubts. I hope you feel better.
