temperature doesnt affect the gender of the child but the chromosomes. the last two chromosomes in sperm and in eggcells are sex(xy and xx). well it now depends whose gender is dominant but usually the female are dominant than male gender. hope i explained it properly ^_^

It's true. Temperature affects sperm production. That's also why your testes "go north" when it's too cold, to keep warm. The temperature of normal sperm production is 1-2 degrees C colder than regular core body temperature. If you are too hot, they extend lower into the scrotum, to cool off. Sperm needs a temp of around 35C to be produced effectively.
About the whole boy girl temperature affecting thing... it's really in the genes for the sex of a baby.
nah its got a lot more factors behind it also the balls are outside the body to regulate the temperature so the sperm are viable
Perhaps temperature effects your sperm....sometimes men could have a low sperm count would be a sign of impotency. I would have yourself checked by a Doctor whether your the type to be impotent.
temperature affects the testicles and the production of sperm cells. if the outside temperature is greater than the body, the testicles tend to ascend to get closer to the body. the reverse is true in that if the body temperature is greater than the outside temperature, the testicles descend away from the body as in when we have fever or flu. but there is no hard scientific study to support the claim that "in colder parts of the country there are more girls being born then boys & in the hotter parts or the country there are more boys then girls being born". cheers!
