steak, bacons, etc... anything rich in protein and fat. sweets... and also do exercise. honestly even if i am fat i make sure i can handle myself so i do weights as well and muay thai.

Carbs - sugar, starch, pasta, bread, desserts! Eat lots of it.
I think you would be better off going to the gym to bulk up on muscle instead of trying to gain just fat.
Get some protein shakes and go to the gym regularily.
