Pills do not work. You can get surgery, but that doesn't work that much better.

Pills don't work, pumps don't work! Surgery is possible but is expensive and there can be serious side effects like deformed dicks or dicks that won't stand up anymore (bummer dude!). Get a magnifying glass and it will just LOOK bigger! Otherwise, just accept it like the rest of us guys who figured out long ago that it just don't make any difference and sex feels just as good no matter how big or small that weenie is!
