It's 10:10pm, is it too early for me to go to sleep? I'm a 23 year old male.?


Question:
I'm really tired. But if I got to sleep now, my body will just think its a nap and i will be up at 1am and i won;t be able to get back to sleep. Well, that's what happened last time i went to bed this early. I'm just looking for you opinion.

Oh, and does this make me a big wuss for wasting my summer nights away?

Being insecure about what time you go to bed at your age makes you a "big wuss". Hit the hay if you're tired, pu$$y.

No, If you are tired...SLEEP. Only a moron would think it is "cool" to stay up late just for the sake of being up.

Your body knows when it's tired and needs sleep. Listen to your body! Your wasting your summer nights on the computer, get out and go do something.
No not a wuss, If you are sleepy then sleep. If it a case where you sleep all the time try diet supplements, you could be missing some vitamins. Or you can see you doctor you could suffer what millions of people suffer from Insomnia. But my best advise would be to establish a routine. bed at a certain time and wake at a certain time. No watching T.V. in bed. Don't worry about "waisting" your summer nights------------ You are a head of the curve after 10 pm there isn't much out there but trouble any ways
YOU PROBLY HAVE ALOT OF THINGS ON YOUR MIND, IF YOU DON'T TAKE NIGHTQUILL, IF YOU DO WRITE OUT A TO DO LIST.
If u r tired then go to sleep.If u want to sleep longer ,try to drink a cup of milk with honey before, it helps never stay up late,it always harmful.
