After eating I am left with a taste of salt in my mouth, this happens even after sweet things.?

Question: I have wierd pains in my joints and my heart seems to beat harder than normal when I taste the salt in my mouth. I also have a constant buzzing in the very back of my head, does anyone know why this might be happening?
