What would cause this.?

Question: It starts with a tickling sensation in the back of the throat. Then I start to cough a little and after that it feels like my body temperture goes way up and I start to cough for like 15 minutes or so. Any ideas??

Allergies, or nervous stress. When I get in a stressful situation or thinking I have an itchy place in my left side of throat and the start that dang coughing. Also, ask you doctor to check you blood pressure.
