Running on steps need rest days or can run daily?


There are steps in the backyard of my house with about 12 or more steps and i usually do 1 down 1 up and make each 1 up 1 down 2 reps.. and do about 50-60 reps a day. is that good to be doing everyday or should i rest..

is it possible for your penis to be under your nuts?

If you want to work out every day, find something else to do 1 or 2 days a week. It will improve your main thing (running) even more than using those 1 or 2 days as run days. Try swimming, lifting, biking, or something lateral like squash or raquetball or tennis.

I don't think that anyone should run 7 days a week (I got addicted to it and do). I feel that if if take sunday off or sat. and sun. off you will improve your time because your boday will have time to rebuild. However, I wouldn't run the stairs everyday. Maybe do stairs one day, run a mile the next day, then run 2 miles, then a mile, then stairs and follow that pattern. That way you build power from the stairs, get speed from the one mile day, and endurance from the 2 mile day. Enjoy running :)
