The man has either, Prostate cancer or Bladder problems (or Bladder cancer). Go to the doctors as soon as possible and he will prescribe medication. The reason for doctors advice is because it could lead to a huge infection and the need for an opperation. (It really hurts to sit down for weeks)

You could have prostate problems..std..or you could even have kidney stones. There could be a variety of things.this just names a few. You need to check with your Dr. fucked up kidneys or bladder. ouch get better and go see a doc, actually get to a hospital
All of the above is a possibility but I know someone who also peed blood but it was because he got ahold of some bad dope. So if your doing any dope.it's worth considering your source and what is in it. It's all bad. Good Luck.
