Question:
kegel exercises for men

Answers:
In men, Kegel exercises are used to treat stress incontinence and urge incontinence, a need to urinate that is so strong that you cannot reach the toilet in time. Kegel exercises strengthen and tone the muscles that are involved in ejaculation, and so men who Kegel can, if they do some additional work with themselves, gain greater control over the timing of their ejaculations.

Other Answers:
They actually help PREVENT premature ejaculation.
I know when SHE Kegels. when we're IN THE PROCESS. that can lead to ejaculation. and yes. it does challenge the ability to HOLD OFF.

But a KEGEL in MEN. I think is just showing off. I don't think it's of clinical benefit. I could be wrong.. I use it. "Bob my head".
