Has your liver ever hurt after drinking? Besides go the doctor what should I do?

Question:
If I stop drinking will all of the negative effects be reversed over time?

Answers:
Quit drinking. Excessive alcohol causes fatty infiltration of the liver, and if that fatty infiltration goes on long enough, it can develop into cirrhosis - scarring - of the liver.
Fortunately the liver is a forgiving organ - if you stop drinking before the scarring occurs, the liver will get rid of that fatty infiltration, it will return to its normal size, quit hurting, and you will feel better and live longer.

I would suggest the Dr as you could have liver disease or something else severe. It is not something you want to mess with and I know you did not want to hear that...Maybe just quit drinking? If it is severe, it will not go away.
sicne you dont want to go to the dr. my suggestion would be to stop drinking
Stop drinking. I take it your were referring to alcohol beverages.Reverse maybe = depends on how much damage there is.
Go to see a doctor and follow his instructions, even if you feel better do not stop following the doctors instructions, that is for your own good, I would recommend to stop drinking, do not eat red meat, do not smoke, that may help.....
Drink plenty of water and do not stop until your liver feels better and your pee is clear and you've diluted your system. But, go to the doctor anyway-the mental doctor. And, get help with your addiction. Drink natural juices and water and stress relieving techniques. Whatever you do, don't use excuses to ruin your liver. Bottoms UP!
Your liver can heal if it is not too badly destroyed. The liver is one of the organs that can heal itself. You should stop drinking and taking any kind of meds including aspirin, other than the ones the dr. has prescribed you for your health, and start living healthier.
Good Luck.
Did you ever consider STOP drinking?
